Q: Which watches can be registered?

A:

1.  Only Grand Seiko watches which their reference numbers begin with the letter “S”

2.  Watches were purchased from Grand Seiko Boutique, Grand Seiko Salon, Grand Seiko counter at various department stores, Grand Seiko Boutique online or the official distributor of Grand Seiko (Thailand)

3.  The watches must be purchased from 23 March 2017 onwards

Q: Watch registration to receive special privileges from Grand Seiko

A: When the purchase is completed, please keep the warranty card and a receipt (if any) for watch registration through the company website https://grandseikogs9club.in.th/ or Line Official Account “@grandseikothailand“.

Kindly fill in the personal information as well as Grand Seiko watches information in the official form specified by the company.

Q: Grand Seiko watches registration process

A:

1.  Fill in watch information which consists of reference number and serial number to verify if the watch qualifies.

2.  Fill in the purchase information which are (1) date of purchase (2) place of purchase. And upload a picture of the warranty card and the receipt (if any).

3.  Click registration

When registration is completed, you will receive an email from Grand Seiko within 3 business days.

Once you have received email authorizing the registration of Grand Seiko watch, you can check the status of your eligibility through the website https://grandseikogs9club.in.th/ or Line Official Account “@grandseikothailand“

Seiko (Thailand) Co., Ltd. reserve the right to consider authorizing the registration of Grand Seiko watch to a buyer who has properly registered the product and has complied with the specified terms and conditions.
